Welcome!
Ever since this blog thing caught on, I thought it would be cool to start my own. Really, it's not that I'm so witty, funny and clever, or that I feel anything I have to say is terribly important. But those damn voices in my head need a place to vent, you know?
I'll start with the name of my blog: Gator's Tail. In a random Google search of my maiden name, I came across an old website from a flower show that my mom (of blessed memory) participated in. She grew African Violets (and orchids) - tons of them - mostly hybrid African Violets that won her a lot of recognition in the African Violet world. I found out that she named one of her hybrids Gator's Tail. I like it. It suits me. So, there ya go. Welcome to Gator's Tail.
